HOW DID THE PROJECT RESPOND TO THE CLIENT BRIEF?
With the absence of a client's specific preferences, our approach to this project was to create a space that showcased its potential to a wide range of prospective tenants.
The inclusion of a spacious boardroom for 10 people, a breakout kitchen space, offices, collaboration zones, and meeting rooms demonstrated the adaptability of the space for different team sizes and purposes. Offices provided private workspaces, while open-plan workstations fostered a collaborative environment. The waiting area was designed to be comfortable and inviting, emphasizing a welcoming atmosphere.
In essence, this project effectively responded to the brief by creating a versatile, functional, and aesthetically pleasing show suite designed to attract a diverse range of potential clients.
