With a team of close to 100 people, collaboration between the team was also an important focus point, and that was addressed creating a large common area, connected to the kitchen, that can be used for small group collaboration, large staff meetings and team bonding events.

HOW DID THE PROJECT RESPOND TO THE CLIENT BRIEF?
The focus of our clients was creating an environment that the staff would enjoy and feel valued and appreciated. A great breakout space, with a provisional space for table tennis, a putting green and BBQ on the balcony were one of the ways we found to show the staff they are appreciated.
With a team of close to 100 people, collaboration between the team was also an important focus point, and that was addressed creating a large common area, connected to the kitchen, that can be used for small group catch ups, large staff meetings and team bonding events.
HOW HUB ACHIEVED EXCELLENCE...
The main focus of this fit out was to provide the employees with a space where they would feel happy to work at and where they would feel as an valued part of the company. With that in mind, we created a great collaboration space, where they can have small meetings, hold their town halls or just take a break in one of the booth seats, with a great view of Brookfield Place. They also have a great kitchen space, integrated with a big balcony, where they can have barbecues and play golf on their own putting green.
Throughout the space, the green and grey colours of the brand are always present. That, combined with timber paneling, metallic ceiling tiles and an exposed slab create the unique industrial look the client was looking for.
