HOW DID THE PROJECT RESPOND TO THE CLIENT BRIEF?
With the absence of a client's specific preferences, our approach to this project was to create a space that showcased its potential to a wide range of prospective tenants.
The inclusion of a spacious boardroom for 10 people, a breakout kitchen space, offices, collaboration zones, and meeting rooms demonstrated the adaptability of the space for different team sizes and purposes. Offices provided private workspaces, while open-plan workstations fostered a collaborative environment. The waiting area was designed to be comfortable and inviting, emphasizing a welcoming atmosphere.
In essence, this project effectively responded to the brief by creating a versatile, functional, and aesthetically pleasing show suite designed to attract a diverse range of potential clients.

In the absence of a specific client, we embraced creative freedom. This project allowed us to explore inventive solutions, from the selection of materials to the strategic use of light and furniture, resulting in an outstanding design.
Element selection was driven by the need for flexibility. We chose furniture and materials that could easily adapt to different tenant preferences and industry needs, ensuring that the suite remained attractive to a wide audience.
